Our location

You.me Hotel is located in Borgo Teresiano, in the heart of the old town center, in a silent and quiet area, a few meters from the sea and convenient for visiting Trieste. Within 10 minutes walking distance there are the main attractions of the city, such as Piazza Unità D’Italia, Corso Italia, the Roman Theater, Verdi Theater, San Giusto Castle, Revoltella Palace. Next to our hotel there is also the beautiful St. Nicolò Greek Church.

Trieste’s historical literary coffee shops are all situated within a walking distance, and the Central Train Station, the Bus Station, the Stazione Marittima Congress Center and the Port are all situated at a few hundreds meters from our hotel.

You can also reach by car or public transport Miramare Castle (8 km), Grotta Gigante (10 km), Nereo Rocco football stadium (5 km) and the exhibition center Fiera di Trieste (3 km).

How to arrive

By car from Italy and Austria

Coming from the A4 motorway (Milan-Venice) or from the A23 motorway (Austria-Udine), take the last exit ``LISERT``. After about 8 km, take the ``SISTIANA`` exit and continue for about 18 km along the coastal road that runs alongside the sea. Once in Trieste you will find the train station on your right. After passing the train station, continue to the 2nd traffic light. Here turn left into via Milano. Continue for about 300 meters. until the 1st traffic light and turn right into via Roma. Continue for about 300 meters. up to the 2nd traffic light, turn right into via Genova. After about 150 m you can park in the place reserved for You.me for unloading luggage. The hotel is located about 40m on via Mazzini, at number 3.

By car from Slovenia

Coming from Slovenia on the E61 motorway, take the last exit ``FERNETTI``. Continue on the SS 58 state road towards Villa Opicina. Continue on the descent to Trieste Centro and reach Piazza della Libertà in front of the train station. After passing the train station, continue to the 2nd traffic light. Here turn left into via Milano. Continue for about 300 meters. until the 1st traffic light and turn right into via Roma. Continue for about 300 meters. up to the 2nd traffic light, turn right into via Genova. After about 150 m you can park in the You.me reserved area for unloading luggage The hotel is located about 40m on via Mazzini, at number 3.

By train

When you get off at the Central Station you can reach the Hotel You.me by walking along Corso Cavour (then turn left when you cross Via Mazzini (about 10 minutes' walk). Alternatively you can reach us by bus (lines 8, 28 and 30 stop in Via Mazzini) or taxi (5 minute journey).

By plane

Arrived at the Air terminal Aeroporto FVG - Trieste Ronchi dei Legionari, take a taxi or alternatively the shuttle bus to Trieste (APT line 51 which takes you to the central station of Trieste, to reach the You.me Hotel, then follow the directions in the TRAIN section above.
